Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was exceptional, offering great views and easy access to downtown. However, the rooms needed updating and were a bit unsafe, and the dining experience was not what I expected.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Gatlinburg, being so close to everything that we could easily walk around without worrying about traffic or parking. The service was exceptional, particularly from Ginger and Zsofi who were very kind and helpful in ensuring we got the room with a private balcony overlooking the river. However, the noise from the nearby promenade until 11 pm was a downside to an otherwise pleasant experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was not as clean as expected, with a missing shower curtain and a small, unclean trash can, the space was amazing, spacious, very clean, and had excellent A/C. It was, however, quite loud at times due to dog barking and adult arguments. The service was overall helpful and accommodating, with staff being friendly and prompt to assist. The location was great, off the busy street and close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. The dining experience was not complimentary but offered decent options for an extra cost. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
